As Director of FMX, Alan’s key focus is driving the success of every project. Day to day, Alan ensures the execution of all engagements align with achieving the best results from our people, stakeholders, and the project itself.

Alan’s unique background enables him to execute any project through a high degree of discipline and organisation. He is highly competent in his field, having previously managed multiple operational and CAPEX teams across one of Australia’s largest funds in Sydney’s CBD. He has the ability to mobilise third-party contractors for any project, be it building services upgrades and advisory, workplace fit outs, OPEX forecasting and CAPEX projects.

Alan has a comprehensive understanding of managing high profile projects on Premium, A and B grade buildings. He serves as both a technical services advisor and project manager for all building related works.

Alan has worked with a broad range of Tier 1 engineering firms and specialised contractors and has the ability to extract the best results out of both stakeholders and team members. He has experience managing all facets of any project works, including managing construction works for end of trip facilities, implementing 5-year plan for lift upgrade (c. 40 lifts), fire solutions advisory, sustainability initiatives and complex BMCS upgrades.

Alan can draw from a highly proficient breadth of experience to advise on the most intricate of building and development issues to provide practical, cost-efficient solutions resulting in client satisfaction.

Adrian Wood
Senior Project Manager

Adrian applies a highly systematic approach to all phases of the project life cycle to ensure delivery for our clients is meticulously executed.

Adrian’s stakeholder management skills, together with his previous experience spanning across the public and private sectors is a key driver of current client retention. Adrian recently joined the leadership team bringing his unique analytical expertise drawn from a Civil Engineering background. Adrian completed his studies with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Project Engineering and Management). From there, he delivered on highly complex projects for major institutional land owners and key government bodies. Adrian’s depth of experience ensures that each project remains within scope with a key focus of program and cost management. Adrian also adopts a management role across the team to consistently monitor and provide key market knowledge in relation to the ongoing changing built environment, current quality assurance and ESG requirements.

Adrian’s experience is highly refined delivering for major owners including Charter Hall, DEXUS and GPT. These landlord initiated works give Adrian a broad brush of exposure to commercial, industrial and retail projects particularly in the Premium, A and B grade assets such as Chifley Tower and Australia Square. Adrian operates in a extremely proficient manner from inception to completion of a project.

Maree Vazouras
Assistant Project Manager

Maree is a dedicated design professional with a background in Architecture (Bachelor of Applied Science, Architectural Science) and Interior Design, bringing a strong foundation in planning and execution to her work.

Maree’s professional journey includes an internship in Dubai, where she worked on high-end residential and commercial projects, gaining valuable insights into complex design challenges. Afterward, she joined an architecture firm, contributing to the design and execution of several prominent high-end multi-residential projects across NSW.

At FMX, Maree supports the Senior Project Manager in delivering commercial fit-outs for major Sydney CBD projects. In addition, she is contracted with Knight Frank to oversee the national rollout of third-line revenue streams for Region Group, including Australia Post parcel lockers, digital advertising screens, billboards, and casual mall vending. With a strong focus on strategic execution and stakeholder collaboration, Maree ensures organised integration of these initiatives across various locations nationally optimising revenue opportunities.
