Project: Bathroom & Lobby Upgrades
FMX was engaged to project manage six levels of common area bathrooms and four associated lift lobbies across multiple levels throughout the building. FMX prepared and released the tender for the full design package for all levels. FMX worked to execute all works with minimal disruption to the day-to-day operations and existing tenants within the building. FMX maintained consistency of works particularly on the ability to recommend and manage a significant proportion of design changes, due to limitations on materials. Even with considerable design changes mid project, FMX ensured the delivery of program was still met within the approved budget and to the same quality. FMX had the ability to adapt to this unique environment and worked with both the client and the designer on recommendations of appropriate alternative materials throughout construction.

Project: Speculative Fit Out
Our team provided project management services on a landlord initiated speculative fit out. FMX tendered the design and construction project,
managed all stakeholders, and ran the project to the set program and within budget parameters. The client required FMX to deliver a high-quality spec fit out in order to show case how best to utilise the available space of the full floor plate to incoming tenants. This project was delivered to a high standard of quality and managed right through to close out of DLP.

Project: Tenancy Fit Out
Media Group Publicis engaged FMX to complete their full floor tenancy fit out under a construction management contract arrangement. The full trade
package was tendered by our team and works were managed from inception to completion. The client required FMX to deliver a high-quality workplace which would accommodate a number of subsidiaries within the one space. Upon review of the design drawings, FMX had the ability to provide value add engineering by recommending alternative solutions or reduced need for supplementary building services throughout. As a result of the recommendations, there was a significant cost saving to the fit out across the floor plate. Our team ensured all supplementary services recommendations were reflected in the latest design drawings, tailored to provide the most cost-effective outcome.
Project: Tenancy Fit Out Co-Ordination
This whole building tenant had committed to occupy all levels of newly refurbished 66 King Street. Our team provided project management
services for the client which delivered on a seamless integration of fit out into the building. We worked with the in house team to manage all fit out related issues that arose regarding connectivity to base building services, fire engineering advice to marry to the high-density floor plates, provided general operational commencement advice and fit out management for completion of their own rooftop function area. FMX provided operational project management services to this whole building tenant to enable a seamless transition into the building.
