Bathroom & Lobby Upgrades

FMX was engaged to project manage six levels of common area bathrooms and four associated lift lobbies across multiple levels throughout the building. FMX prepared and released the tender for the full design package for all levels. FMX worked to execute all works with minimal disruption to the day-to-day operations and existing tenants within the building.

FMX maintained consistency of works particularly on the ability to recommend and manage a significant proportion of design changes, due to limitations on materials. Even with considerable design changes mid project, FMX ensured the delivery of program was still met within the approved budget and to the same quality. FMX had the ability to adapt to this unique environment and worked with both the client and the designer on recommendations of appropriate alternative materials throughout construction.
