Speculative Fit Out

Our team provided project management services on a landlord initiated speculative fit out. FMX tendered the design and construction project, managed all stakeholders, and ran the project to the set program and within budget parameters.

The client required FMX to deliver a high-quality spec fit out in order to show case how best to utilise the available space of the full floor plate to incoming tenants. This project was delivered to a high standard of quality and managed right through to close out of DLP.
