Tenancy Fit Out Co-Ordination

This whole building tenant had committed to occupy all levels
of newly refurbished 66 King Street. Our team provided project management services for the client which delivered on a seamless integration of fit out into the building.

We worked with the in house team to manage all fit out related issues that arose regarding connectivity to base building services, fire engineering advice to marry to the high-density floor plates, provided general operational commencement advice and fit out management for completion of their own rooftop function area.

FMX provided operational project management services to this whole building tenant to enable a seamless transition into the building.
