Our team was engaged to provide technical project management services to manage the replacement of 60 double glazing units on the façade of this building. The seals of window units were perished and in a state of disrepair therefore full replacement for all units needed to be undertaken within a specific program.

FMX managed the engagement of appropriate contractor as replacement works ere co-ordinated via ropes access. We delivered on the required scope of work in line with WH&S compliance. FMX acted as the Superintendent for the site until completion.
