Media Group Publicis engaged FMX to complete their full floor tenancy fit out under a construction management contract arrangement. The full trade package was tendered by our team and works were managed from inception to completion. The client required FMX to deliver a high-quality workplace which would accommodate a number of subsidiaries within the one space.

Upon review of the design drawings, FMX had the ability to provide value add engineering by recommending alternative solutions or reduced need for supplementary building services throughout. As a result of the recommendations, there was a significant cost saving to the fit out across the floor plate.
