FMX was engaged to provide technical project management services for a full HVAC upgrade across the community areas of Jackson Landing. Common areas of the gymnasium, pool and community hall were in need of full upgrades for the mechanical equipment. FMX worked with design engineers and released the tender on the approved design.

Given the difficulties in access, this project involved carefully planned co-ordination of many stakeholders to accommodate crane access, street closures and removal of steel frames in order for the contractors to undertake the works. FMX leveraged off their construction knowledge to enable the management of the works to be successfully completed.
